We Go the Extra Mile

Many of our owners were set to increase rents this month. However the dispute between Canada Post and the worker’s union caused a shut down of the postal service for some time.

We want to ensure that all rent increase notices are legally received by the tenants on time this month. If necessary, we plan to visit each suite to post the notice on the door according to Residential Tenancy Act guidelines.

Although this is time-c0nsuming and takes staff away from other duties, we feel it is of the utmost importance to “go the extra mile” for our owners in this situation. At Downtown Suites, owners can be confident that we treat your suite as if it were our own. With us, your suites are always cared for on an individual basis.
