Downtown Suites offers unique boutique service tailored to the needs of small apartment building owners. As apartment rental management in the hands of a larger company may not consider these needs, we fill the gap. We apply the same practices and policies to apartment rental management that have made our Downtown Suites condo services so successful.

Trusted and experienced, our licensed property managers keep the suites in your building rented to quality tenants. Our rigorous tenant screening process helps ensure that the quality of your building is upheld.
Included in your management fee:
- Rental management of suites
- Rental market analysis to ensure we achieve current market value
- The aim is to keep suites 100% rented (Note: loss of rental income for 1 month can take in excess of 1 year to make up.)
- As the point of contact for the tenants, we handle of all communications with tenants on all issues
- Arranging for ongoing maintenance of the property, both landscaping and exterior as well as any suite maintenance.
- Responsibility for mechanical inspections, building inspections and annual suite inspections

- Collection of rent for each rental property
- All money held in an audited Trust account
- Prompt arrangement of repairs and maintenance for each rental property
- We charge rental property tenants for repairs beyond reasonable wear and tear
- Emergency Service, 24-hour paging, seven days a week, 365 days a year
- Resolving rental property tenant concerns, inquiries and requests
