  • 1 bedroom suites and studio suites still renting quicker than 2 bedroom suites.
  • Suites are being absorbed, taking 1 month or longer for most to rent.
  • A one bedroom suite approx… 585 sq.ft with parking in downtown high-rise is approx. $2.40 – $2.60 per sq.ft
