The suites we manage in our Downtown Suites portfolio are unfurnished. Our leasing agent, Lisa Taylor, and the team at Downtown Suites work hard to ensure the suites we manage are rented to quality tenants.
You may have noticed that we are featuring some furnished suites here on Downtown Suites News. This portfolio, managed through our Downtown Accommodations division, offers monthly rentals to clients looking for vacation or short-term stay rentals.
