Listing Our Suites for Rent

Wondering where to find the suites we currently have available?

You can find them on our main Downtown Suites Property Management website, at the Unfurnished Apartments for Rent Listing.  (Link here, or from the “Suites for Rent” heading at the top of this page.)

And of course we send them out HERE at our Downtown Suites Facebook Page.

Each listing is posted through the normal media channels, as suites come available. Lisa Taylor, our leasing agent, is always happy to keep all the suites rented to qualified tenants.

Corry Buchanan Property Management Assistant

Corry brings several years’ experience in the real estate industry with a prestigious Vancouver Westside realty firm to her role as a key member of the Downtown Suites team. She assists Tanja and Lisa in their duties and is also the repair coordinator for maintenance.

Currently enrolled in the Rental Management Licensing program at UBC, Corry will be a fully fledged rental manager soon.

Andrea has worked as an Administrator for Downtown Suites Ltd. since July 2008. Her role includes liaising with tenants and owners. Her pleasant and efficient phone manner will be your first contact with Downtown Suites. Andrea is also licensed as a Rental Property Manager. Previously, Andrea worked as a client service administrator for almost 11 years at a major Financial Planning Company before coming to work with us. Andrea looks forward to continuing her career with the Downtown Suites team.
