What’s included?

• We will find a qualified tenant for your unfurnished suite with a minimum of a one year lease.
• The marketing and showings of the suite
• Full application processing. We provide a thorough screening of all applicants which includes a personal meeting (credit checks, landlord and personal references, income/employment verification).
• Lease document preparation as per the BC Residential Tenancy Act
• Move-in inspection/hand over of keys with new tenant (the tenant will require 2 full sets of keys/fobs)

Most importantly, our fees are income tax deductible!

What’s the cost?

Only 75% of the first months’ rent plus GST (tax deductible), minimum $1500 plus GST.
